As you might know, recently Garry’s Mod was on a weekend sale with a 50% discount, which made Garry’s Mod only 5 pounds. It proved to be more than successful, as you can see here: (Click to enlarge)

The 8 days before the sale GMod sold 2,975 units, in the 8 days during the sale GMod sold 34,927 units. Because it was 50% off, Gmod kind of needed at least a 200% rise in sales for it to justifty itself; the actual rise was 1074%, which makes 9% of the total amount of units sold since the release of Garry’s Mod 10.

So, if you’re going to sell games in the future: get a 50% discount for extreme profit!
